What Qark does and does not do with your information.

The short version

Qark runs on your Mac. This website itself sets no cookies and uses no advertising or analytics, and it does not ask for your details. The Qark app itself does not collect or send information about how you use it.

This website

• No tracking scripts or third party fonts are loaded. The one third party service is Paddle, our payment provider: the checkout is loaded from Paddle’s servers when you view the page, so Paddle can see your IP address and browser details as part of that connection.
• Like any web server, the host of this site may keep ordinary technical logs, such as the address of a request and the time, to keep the site running and secure.

The Qark app

• Your rings, slots, designs and settings are stored on your Mac.
• Qark asks for Accessibility and Input Monitoring permission in macOS so it can see your trigger, such as a mouse button or shortcut, and act on the slot you choose. It does not read the text you type.
• The app does not send your rings, files, links, apps or settings anywhere.

Purchases and licenses

Payments are handled by a payment provider, and your card details go to them, not to Qark. When you buy, we will receive the details needed to deliver your license and support you, such as your name, email address and the order. We use them only for that.
